thousand oaks ranch
This very beautiful sprawling ranch home had a very outdated yard. Our clients wanted a complete landscape renovation on the entire property and it needed to be completed, from design to construction within six months for his daughter's wedding that was being held there. Details included a new front entry gate, driveway, hardscape front and rear, horse paths, pool, spa, waterfall, barbeque area, outdoor fireplace and, of course, new planting.
calabasas oaks italian villa
This young couple built this house from the ground up. Nestled high in the Calabasas Hills the property has a stunning view they wanted to capitalize on. They had complete vision of what they wanted. From the outdoor chess game to a silver serving tray that was brought in the office as a vision of how she wanted the pool shaped, no detail was left unturned.
calabasas french chateau
A luxury French château home resting in the hills of Calabasas. The garden is made up of outdoor living spaces that provide spaces that gesture to the concepts of informality. The landscape acted as the moderator between the surrounding hillsides, bridging the wild to the ordered. The formal courtyard fountain brings you out from the home across the lawn and to the outdoor kitchen and pool deck. The travertine stone complements the home and the pool shapes takes the formal to organic.The turtle pond appears to spill into the pool while the fire pit is nestled behind a grove of birch trees. The concepts seem to reveal themselves to you as you move through the space and look back across the garden to the home.
indian wells estate
This residential estate sits within a country club the located in Indian Wells, California. It makes the most of its surroundings through the use of classical details. The owner’s wanted an entrance and landscape that would complement the home’s architecture as well as the surrounding environment. The entry drive provides the owner’s and their guest with a grand entrance that encompasses the entire front of the estate. Every detail of the project was designed by us from the entry gates and fountains to the tile patterns and planting design.
north ranch residence
This homey north ranch residence wanted a backyard oasis for their kids to enjoy and also for entertaining. They wanted something serene to match the environment but, at the same time, would be elegant. A new conversation area with a fireplace on the upper level was designed to capture the full backyard and golf course view. The new pool was created with an infinity edge that doubles as a fountain for a lower ipe wood deck. On the lower deck level there are seating areas, along with a spa showcasing an elongated fire pit. The stone stairs leading from the upper to lower deck hide the pool equipment located in an underground vault.
north ranch estate
Our clients love to entertain and wanted a backyard that was a showcase. They have a spectacular view that commanded an infinity edge pool. The pool and spa is inlaid with tile by Vita Nova. The spa was designed to double as a water feature and is made from hand carved stone.
